Lily Lake consists of 423 lots. Lots vary from RV lots, to homesites on the golf course, or waterview lots with water or fairway views, to motor port lots.

The community layout includes our 9-hole golf course, plus pro shop, putting green, and chipping green; a lake for fishing (from the bank or from a boat); tennis court; shuffleboard courts; bocci court; horseshoes; a pool/spa area; 2 pet areas plus a fenced pet run; and an RV and boat storage area.

Our Recreation Center consists of a Property Owners' Association (POA) office; billiard room; laundry/library; shower and bathroom facilities; a banquet hall, kitchen and dining area; and 19th hole. (Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in all recreational center areas.)

The community's front entrance gates are closed daily for your security when the Pro Shop/Information Center closes, and opened each morning when the Pro Shop opens. The purchase of a Gate Genie, which opens all three community gates, can be made at the POA office.
